Significant office acquisition completed
Colston & Colston acting for a retained client have acquired the leasehold interest in one of Bath’s most prominent office buildings, Plymouth House. After a period of negotiations we were able to secure terms offering our clients a basis for occupation that both secured an appropriate future for their occupation requirements, which were immediate, but also focused on reduction of dilapidation liability under the sub lease.
The new office space acquired totals c. 7,000 sq ft representing one of the largest office lettings in 2015 so far in the city.
